The focus of this year’s seminar for ECE Centre Managers is two-pronged:
- ensuring your service remains viable and sustainable, and
- growing your senior teaching team
There will also be an 'essentials' section on new and proposed legislative changes, as well as discussion about topical compliance issues.
There will be a section on personal growth for managers - this year it is about seeking feedback about your own performance.
As always the content will be practical, and will provide ideas and tools that you can implement straight away.

What you need to know, a plain language explanation:
- Employment legislation update
- ECE regulatory update including recent changes and pending changes to the Regulations and Licensing Criteria
- What’s on top with ERO and MoE
- Bring along your questions for the Q & A session

- Ways to seek feedback about your performance and use the information to grow your management skills
