Manager's Mega Training Day 2024

February/March 2024

10 convenient locations

Presenter: Sue Kurtovich

The focus of this year’s seminar for ECE Centre Managers is two-pronged:

  • ensuring your service remains viable and sustainable, and
  • growing your senior teaching team

There will also be an 'essentials' section on new and proposed legislative changes, as well as discussion about topical compliance issues.

There will be a section on personal growth for managers - this year it is about seeking feedback about your own performance.

As always the content will be practical, and will provide ideas and tools that you can implement straight away.
